GENERAL CONDITIONS The prices includes the access to our Wellness centre LA PERLA and to the gymnastic. (The children till 12 years are permitted to stay in the swimming pool till 17,30 hrs.) P.S.: The prices are for minimum three days stay.

ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE In case of anticipated departure or late arrival, a relative amount of the room will be debited.
DEPOSITS & REFUNDS The deposit requested is the final confirmation and guarantee to the reservation and not on the account of the services rendered. In case you wish to cancel reservation the refund is not possible ( Art. Code. Civ. 1385,1386) only there must a written proof from authorized authority in case of emergency.
